Each Activity is prop based and involves discussion, Strategy planning, and Team work.
We will assign Buddy to each team.
DIGITAL SCAVNGER HUNT
Welcome to the Digital Scavenger Hunt! This exciting and interactive activity is designed to test your problem-solving skills and teamwork in a fun and engaging way.
You’ll be tasked with finding and completing a series of digital clues and challenges using your mobile devices.
Each clue will lead you closer to the final goal, encouraging collaboration and creativity among team members.
Get ready to think outside the box and race against time as you embark on this thrilling digital adventure!
STACKMAN
Stackman is the best activity to learn change and process optimization, Inspire your group with this
challenge.
At first, Participants must learn how to put Stackman together with the aid of instructions
Then group will find a way to put stackman together without instruction quickly ASAP.
TOWER POWER
The trainer places 8 wooden blocks upright on the floor.
Each team member picks up one of the ropes that are connected to a crane. The task is to use the crane to build a tower by placing the blocks on top of each other.
The participants are not allowed to touch the blocks
with their hands or any other part of their bodies.
PERSPACTIVE
Each of the participants holds one or two strings.
The ball is placed in the opening of the transport tube and the group’s task is now to use their skill to move the ball in three dimensions through the twists and turns of the tube so that the ball exits the other end of the tube and lands in the target basket.
The specific challenge they face is to literally keep their eye on the ball, tracking where it is at all times and whether it is going in the right direction. And this involves activating all of the different perspectives of the team members

LEONARDO BRIDGE
The participants’ task is to construct a self-supporting bridge of 4 metres in length, using only the 28 sticks provided. No other tools may be used.
All participants start constructing the bridge. The key factors for success are coordination within the group, creativity and sharing of knowledge.
The result will be a self-supporting construction, which can serve as a metaphor for internal and external team stability. Another issue that can be addressed is how teams grow closer, for instance, in an intercultural environment. The participants start constructing the bridge, beginning at two ends.

SCOOP
The group’s task is to lift a ball from the ground using a shovel-like tube, then transport it to a designated spot (such as a bucket) where it is then deposited.
All participants take hold of one (or more, depending on group size) of the ropes attached to the device, forming a circle in the process.
To master this challenge, they need to develop an effective and transparent communication style as well as be focused on achieving targets.

ACID RIVER
The “Acid River Crossing” is an engaging team-building activity where participants must cross from point A to point B using only planks and rubber tires without touching the ground, which is imagined as a river of acid. This challenge requires strategic planning, effective communication, and teamwork as members collaborate to devise and execute a plan to navigate the “river safely.”
The exercise fosters trust and cooperation and enhances problem-solving skills and team cohesion, making it a dynamic and fun way to build stronger team bonds.
BLOW THE CUPS
“Blowing Up the Cups” is a dynamic team-building activity designed to enhance collaboration and communication. Participants are divided into teams and tasked with blowing plastic cups along a thread from point A to point B using only their breath. This engaging challenge promotes teamwork, strategic thinking, and coordination as team members must synchronize their efforts to successfully move the cups.
It’s a fun and interactive way to build camaraderie and foster a sense of achievement
ROLLER COSTER
The group’s task is to create a bridge with Roller Coaster angle with given props They have to be creative and final quality test will be done once bridge is completed.
Heavy Tennis ball will be passed to check the quality of the bridge.
If all bridges pass the Tennis ball test then Look and feel will be checked. The most good-looking bridge will be declared as the winner.

DOMINO CHALLENGE
Dominoes Effect, also known ‘Butterfly Effect’ is a creative way of engaging individuals to push the limits of their thinking
Teams must collaborate to create a structure or shape they are allotted to imagine
Trusting their choices they need to lay out the dominos in a way that when they strike the first one, all fall with a butterfly effect.

SOLAR ROBOT CREATION
Solar robot kit will be given to the Team.
They have to collaborate, work, discuss, and create a Robot out of the given kit
As it has a solar pannel, When your creativity starts walking the feeling is top of all

THE BIG PICTURE
Canvas paper and paint will be given to the team
All Teams have to decide mutually what they will draw but at the end Upon collaborating with each other, they need to come up with a portrait.
All the canvases combined must reflect one big image

TEAM WRITING CHALLENGE
In this challenge, the teams will be provided with a pen tied to strings.
The teams have to write a word given to them, using strings without touching the pen.

TEE FOR TRANSFORM
- Each person will be given a plain white t-shirt and a set of fabric paints.
- Every one has to paint the t-shirt according to the theme given to them.
- We can have a group photo afterward, everyone holding the t-shirt they made.
It feels incredible when you see your own creativity

FOCUS CHALLENGE
A cylindrical pipe is attached with ropes, Participants have to tie the rope to the vest and stand in a circle looking outside
The aim is to put the pipe in the bottle. Captain has to guide the team to create a balance of pipes so that the task is achieved.
This needs lots of focus and collaboration.

MAGIC CARPET
Magic Carpet will be given which has 5-6 holes and 5 plastic balls will be given.
Team has to balance the carpet and pass all balls thru it
Team which does faster wins it.
This needs lots of focus and collaboration.

DIGITAL DANCING TAMBOLA
QR Code will be displayed, Tambola ticket will be generated on your mobile phone, Instead of numbers it will have song names
We will play songs and the audience have to dance and click on ticket for their songs and win prizes
This is funny game with loads of dancing and luck

DRONE WARS
- Drone kits will be given to teams.
- They have to assemble the drones and race across the drone race track.
This will test your Creativity , Speed and Team Spirit
MUSICAL CRESENDO
Every team will be given Musical instruments for ex Dhol, Taasha, Tutari and Lejhim.
The instructor will teach every team step by step RHYTHM and at the end each team will be playing together to create a magical crescendo as a team.
This is a perfect example of creating a musical note with Team and its a tremendous experience
This segment has additional cost of props and instructor.
