We divide the audience into teams with captains assigned to them
They have to name the team, with a war cry
All rules and regulations will be explained with scoring system
Agenda Setup
The agenda will be set up at the beginning and the scoring system will be explained
Each Activity is prop based and involves discussion, Strategy planning, and Team work.
We will assign Buddy to each team.
Digital Scavnger Hunt
Welcome to the Digital Scavenger Hunt! This exciting and interactive activity is designed to test your problem-solving skills and teamwork in a fun and engaging way.
You’ll be tasked with finding and completing a series of digital clues and challenges using your mobile devices.
Each clue will lead you closer to the final goal, encouraging collaboration and creativity among team members.
Get ready to think outside the box and race against time as you embark on this thrilling digital adventure!
Fitness Challenge
The Captain of the team has to divide his team to complete the below task
— 1/4 of team members will do plank
— 1/4 of the team member will do pushup
— 1/4 of them will do squats
— 1/4 of them will do Zumba steps
Every participant has to contribute at least 1 element.
This is a warm-up activity and acts as a perfect Ice breaker. This will also test the captain’s management skills, teams understanding and enthusiasm
Cordination
The captain will nominate 10 players for this Game. One has to pass this by jumping on it as per the pictures from start point to end point If you do a mistake , you have to restart.
This needs your active reflexes and test your hand- eye coordination.
The perfect test of your patience and skill.
Pipe Ball Collab
Activities like the this bring out the delicate nuances of team building that involve active and effective communication.
Authentic feedback becomes a way of life, and not a one off action.
Play becomes a means of expressing passion and a desire to win. It pushes the boundaries of creativity and innovation, and allows participants to take healthy and productive risks, make the good mistakes, and discover new possibilities within existing challenges.
The specific challenge they face is to literally keep their eye on the ball, tracking where it is at all times and whether it is going in the right direction.
Tap Tap Challenge
All members will stand in line and blind folded expect the
captain and he will be at the last.
We will put plastic pieces on the ground and the captain can see it. He has to pass the message to the driver by tapping the shoulder of the person next to him and drive the train. The team who picks the maximum number of plastic pieces will be the winner
The result will be a self-supporting construction, which can serve as a metaphor for internal and external team stability.
Book Reading
Team will be given small storybook to read.
They have read it absorb the story and then captain will assign characters and then they have to act on it.
To master this challenge, they need to develop an effective and transparent communication style as well as be focused on achieving targets.
OUTCOME :
Cooperating, communicating, focusing on goals, facilitating, identifying interdependencies in systems And show some acting skills
Focus Challenge
A cylindrical pipe is attached with ropes, Participants have to tie the rope to the vest and stand in a circle looking outside
The aim is to put the pipe in the bottle. Captain has to guide the team to create a balance of pipes so that the task is achieved.
This needs lots of focus and collaboration.
OUTCOME :
Collaboration, Creativity, Team Work, Resource Utilization, Team Bonding, and Creative Best activity to demonstrate interdepartmental collaboration.
Domino Challenge
Dominoes Effect, also known ‘Butterfly Effect’ is a creative way of engaging individuals to push the limits of their thinking
Teams must collaborate to create a structure or shape they are allotted to imagine
Trusting their choices they need to lay out the dominos in a way that when they strike the first one, all fall with a butterfly effect.

Newspaper Mummy
This activity is very intresting where Team has to select one person and wrap him or her with newspaper and create a character like Mummy, statue of liberty or chef
This requires great skill, creativity and task delegation
This is a unique and amazing experience

Walking On The Mines
we will create a pathway and both teams have to stand adjacent to the pathway
One member from each team will come 1 by 1 blind folded and he has to walk from start to end point. One team will give him positive instructions and others will negative.
He has to ignore negative and absorb the positive instructions and complete the task.
It’s all about the positive approach

Chinese Whisper
The “Chinese Whisper” activity is a popular and fun communication game also known as “Telephone” or “Broken Telephone” in some regions. It’s often used as an icebreaker or team-building exercise and is suitable for TEAM BONDING
This is a perfect example to demonstrate the information leakage

Cart Wheel
CART WHEEL prop shown in picture will be given. Team has to walk from point A to B with perfect balance and collaborating with each other

Blow The Cups
“Blowing Up the Cups” is a dynamic team-building activity designed to enhance collaboration and communication.
Participants are divided into teams and tasked with blowing plastic cups along a thread from point A to point B using only their breath.
This engaging challenge promotes teamwork, strategic thinking, and coordination as team members must synchronize their efforts to successfully move the cups. It’s a fun and interactive way to build camaraderie and foster a sense of achievement
